The property is located in the Tarn et Garonne at Montaigu de Quercy (8km form the town) in the locality of Couloussac (1km).
The nearest most important cities are: Fumel (20km), Cahors (40km), Villeneuve sur lot (30km) and Agen (40km).
Some popular touristic places are: Puy l'évéque (10km), Cahors (40km), the Pech-Merle cave, St Cirq-Lapopie and the Lot valley (40km), Rocamadour (70km), The castle of Bonaguil (40km).
Facility and description of the property:
The place is very quiet and peaceful, surrounding by woods and pastures. The house is built with white limestone, a traditional architectural way in these area. You will found:
-A huge living room.
-A kitchen with an oven, hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and all the small household electric appliances you may need.
-5 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 4 single beds.
-2 bathrooms and 2 independent WC.
-1 laundry.
-1 mezzanine used as a music room (piano) and TV room.
The house is surrounded by a private property of 5 acres with a swimming-pool (12*6m).
useful information:
The property is proposed for renting every year form the 15th June to the first of September. The renting contracts are from Saturday to next Saturday. The price for a week is between 1000 and 1700 Euros all included (excepted the household linen like sheets and towels).
